Complaints

The committee wishes to provide a simple and easy method to make a complaint about any aspect of the club, its services, grounds, training or unacceptable behaviour of others.

Complaints should be submitted by email to the committee, committee@cotswoldsailingclub.org. If the complaint is of a personal sensitive nature and contains details about a specific person(s) please use the following alternative means of communication. Email to the clubs Welfare Officer at safeguarding@cotswoldsailingclub.org.

Please offer as much detail as possible about your complaint, include any dates and times which may help us.

We aim to acknowledge your email within 48 hours and address your complaint within 2 weeks, however if the points raised require further investigation or a review at a committee meeting then it may take longer. We take all complaints seriously and will provide a formal reply by email.
