The committee wishes to provide a simple and easy method to make a complaint about any aspect of the club, its services, grounds, training or unacceptable behaviour of others.

Please offer as much detail as possible about your complaint, include any dates and times which may help us.

We will aim to acknowledge your email within 48 hours and aim to address your complaint within 2 weeks, however if the points raised require further investigation or a review at a committee meeting then it may take longer. We take all complaints seriously and will give a formal reply by email.
