Primary Membership

Membership for up to two adults and any children under the age of 23 living at the same address.

This membership is perfect for your family if you want to get on the water and improve your skills in dinghy sailing, cursing and racing in a friendly and supportive environment.  You will have all-round access to our lake and grounds, lakeside camping and the ability to share your joy of our beautiful lake with occasional guests. 

There is a requirement for a 2 minimum of two Sunday volunteer duties per year (Saturdays may also be available.) 

Single Membership

A single sailing membership is ideal if you are looking to get on the water to improve your skills in dinghy sailing, cruising and racing in a friendly and supportive environment. It’s a particularly attractive option for young adults, especially if you’ve moved to the area and want to make new friends, or you are over the age of 23 and you are no longer included on your parent’s club membership. Similarly, you might be interested in this option if you are an experienced sailor interested in joining our racing fleet as a helm or a crew. 

You will have all-round access to our lake and grounds, lakeside camping. Single members may not sign in guests.

Local Walker

This membership is designed specifically for residents of Cerney Wick and Water’s Edge.  It’s suited to local residents who would like to enjoy the lake’s grounds for recreational purposes – walking, picnicking and general enjoyment of our beautiful lake

Membership is per household and includes up to two adults and their children up to the age of 23 years who are resident at the membership’s address in either Cerney Wick village or Water’s Edge.  Local residents who are interested in sailing should apply for primary or single membership. 

There is a requirement for at least one volunteer duty per year Sunday or weekday duty, or helping with a volunteer work party/ grounds maintenance. Village members are not entitled to vote or camp.
